We are a company engaged in manufacturing of Welding Electrodes. The promoters of the company have a vast experience and are in this line since 1979. Looking back, our track record is a reflection of our perseverance. A lot of hard work has been put to place us at the status we are today. Today, we have an established presence throughout the country, our products being used in area as diverse as Steel Plants, Cement, Railways, Fabrication, Power
Projects, Dams etc.

THE INCEPTION

The company was originally formed in 1987 as M/s. Victor Industries. With the promoters having knowledge of electrodes in fields of manufacturing and marketing. Subsequently, the firm was changed to a Pvt. Ltd. Company & finally a Limited Company over a period of time The work force today stands at almost seven times of the original trength.

PRODUCT RANGE

Starting in 1987 with only general purpose electrode (one quality), we are today making a wide range which includes Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Hard Surfacing, Low Hydrogen, Cast Iron etc. Our products are being used in various diverse applications which include from general fabrication to dams and power projects. Our low heat input electrodes have been put to use at various critical application and subsequently accepted. We have our plant of Mig Wire & Agglomerated Fluxes at Gurgoan (Harynans) also.

SALES TURNOVER

In the second financial year (1988-89) of operation , we reached a sale of INR 6 Millions, with no organised Sales Staff. It was an achievement in itself. The current year sales target at INR 350 Millions is insight. We have our presence in almost all the important states of India.

THE CLIENTELE

Our sales force have been very successful in getting our products cleared at various industries. If on one side we are proud of our efforts which has resulted in orders from prestigious clients such as Steel Plant, National Hydro Power Corporation, Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd. BHEL, Thermal Power Project, DLW, RCF, Cement Plants, Sugar Industry, Auto Industry, LPG Cylinder Units, ISGEC etc., we also take pride in marketing our products to the lowest
segment, where comparatively, work environment is poor and facilities missing. The marketing of our products to such a diverse range of clients is our biggest achievement.

THE WORK FORCE

Maruti today has an enviable work force with people ranging from diverse fields. All the departments are headed by thorough professionals, who have vast experiences gained from working in multinationals or in foreign concerns. They all know their job well and are in the perfect positions to guide their teams. We are also equipped with the required personnels providing constant after sales service to our cusotmers. They also give us a feedback on the exact requirements of our customers that helps us to update our products regularly.

QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is the key work in our unit. Our rigid system ensures that quality products reach our customers. This gives us a consistent record of performance on application on our entire range. Our system is a approved as per the standards of ISO 9001. The system ensures that the production process from raw wires and loose powders through to the finished product is rigorously controlled. On 17th September, 1998, THE EXCELLENCE AWARD has been presented to us by the Institute of Economics Studies, New Delhi through the hands of Hon'ble Dr. Bhisham Narain Singh (Former Governor of Tamil Nadu) for excellence in Productivity, Quality, Innovation & Management.

APPROVALS

MARUTI'S capabilities to manufacture quality product has time and again been through rigid test by various National & International Agencies As a result of this dynamic interaction, our products have been approved by Bureau of Indian Standards, Research Design and Standards Organisations, Engineers India Limited, Project Development India Ltd., Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Indian Register of Shipping, Bax Counsel, Mercantile Marine Department, Bureau Veritas, M.N. Dastur & Co., Development Consultants Ltd. Lloyd's Register of Shipping and American Bureau of Shipping, Indian Boiler Regulation etc.

MARUTI WELD has got an excellent experience in marketing different type of electrodes to a substantially diverse range of customers. Consistent record of receiving repeated orders from the same valued customers, stands as a testimony to our commitment for excellent after sales service. Our Marketing staff is directly interacting on regular basis with our Quality control and Production people, which helps the production people not only to make products as per international specifications but also see that these are accepted by vaious customers as per their requirements. We believe to proide all our customers with the products to fit their needs, to deliver them on time,
at the right price and in conformance with all quality specifications. We want complete customer's satisfaction.
